The investor in the project Arco Capital Corporation Ltd. acquired Business Park Sofia in December 2006.
The initial investor and owner of the first multifunctional park in Southeastern Europe, German company Lindner, started the project 5 years earlier. The project developed in 6 phases.

1999 - Purchase of the plot

2000 - Design

2001 - 2002

Building 3, Building 4 and Building 13, with a total built-up area of 31 000 m²

2003 - 2005

Building 1, Building 2, Building 10, Building 11, Building 12 and Building P1, with a total built-up area of 88 500 m²

2005-2006

Building 7 and Building 9, with a total built-up area of 26 700 m²

2007 - 2008

Building 5, Building 6, Building 8 and Building 14, with a total built-up area of 54 700 m²

After strong competition and intense negotiations, the deal for Business Park Sofia was finalized with Arco Capital Corporation Ltd.(ACC). Arco is holding company, which engages in lending and acquisition activities in emerging markets through its subsidiaries. ACC is externally managed by Arco Capital Management LLC(ACM).
