Mapei is the leader in manufacturing adhesives and chemical products for construction. It was founded in 1937 in Milan. In 1960, Mapei launched a strategy for international development, in order to be as close to the needs of local markets as possible and to minimize shipping costs. Today the Group has 63 representations with a total of 56 plants, on 5 continents, in 25 different countries.
